28th September 2007 Print
Chase Homes Land Team Two appointments to Chase Homes have completed the firm’s new land department. Andrew Izamis and Phil Adams, both senior land managers, join Richard Miller who has recently been promoted to land director and head of the new team.

Richard Miller comments:

“Chase Homes has recently completed and is currently developing some large city centre schemes such as “Viva”, comprising 144 apartments in the centre of Birmingham and “AXIS”, comprising 94 apartments in Harborne. The new team will continue to look for similar opportunities and more mainstream housing sites across and beyond our core regions – expanding into Staffordshire, Shropshire and Northamptonshire - whilst also building on the company’s portfolio of specialist housing schemes and maintaining Chase’s bespoke approach to design.”

Andrew joins the luxury housebuilder from G2-George Wimpey, a first time buyer/key homes initiative based in Leeds, where he was a land manager covering an area from the North of Derbyshire to the South Coast and from the East Coast to Wales. Before this he worked as a senior land buyer for Taylor Woodrow in Solihull and for Neil Grinnall Homes in Droitwich.

Phil was business development manager at Cala Finance where he worked with a variety of independent developers to buy and procure development funding. Before this he worked for Barratt Homes, Miller Homes and Persimmon Homes as a land buyer for the Midlands.
