Anglia Site Manager in UK’s top 100
Persimmon Homes’ site manager Brent Titlow has beaten off stiff competition from across Anglia to be named one of just 100 top site managers in the country, receiving the NHBC’s Seal of Excellence Award in the organisation’s Pride in the Job Awards.The Pride in the Job Awards recognise and reward site managers who consistently demonstrate commitment to high standards in housebuilding. Pride in the Job is now in its 26th year and is highly recognised by the housebuilding industry.
For Brent, who works at the company’s acclaimed Fellowes Plain development in Norwich, this is the third time he has won the NHBC’s Quality Award and the second time he’s received the Seal of Excellence Award, proving his hard work and meticulous dedication to high standards of workmanship on site.

The NHBC Awards are judged from a total 17,000 construction sites in the UK and the 'Pride in the Job' award is given to the top 400 site managers nationwide. It actively encourages and rewards Site Managers at grass roots level who have demonstrated an outstanding commitment to the highest quality workmanship.
The NHBC carries out a rigorous judging procedure to determine the award winners. For over a year NHBC Inspectors have made spot check visits to each ‘Pride in the Job’ nominated site, assessing site at key stages of construction, from foundations to the finished product.
