Gleeson appoints Southern Construction Director

Gavin Charlton (43) has joined Gleeson Homes Southern as Construction Director. Bringing twenty five years of construction experience on a variety of commercial and residential projects to the role, Gavin’s expertise is based on grass roots experience both as a site and project manager with design management experience, while his vision is based on his previous role as a construction director for Taylor Woodrow Developments.

Gavin comments: “I am looking forward to continuing the good work within this expanding homes business to create an effective production department. Having worked within volume house building companies in the past, I am delighted at the opportunity to make a difference in a smaller company which takes a more individual approach to its developments.”

As building regulations continue to tighten, Gavin’s training within the commercial sector will benefit Gleeson Homes and he looks forward to using his skills in this area to the advantage of the company.
