There’s still time to halve your mortgage Home-buyers have just a few days left to halve their mortgage for the next two years – simply by reserving a brand new property from George Wimpey South Midlands.

Thanks to the success of the incentive offered since the start of the year, the leading housebuilder has extended the deadline for buyers until the end of February.

It means that anyone reserving a George Wimpey home at its developments across the region will receive 24 direct monthly payments from the company to help them with their purchase.

Jason Colmer, Sales and Marketing Director for George Wimpey South Midlands, said: "With the cost of moving in and furnishing their new property, homebuyers often find the first two years put the biggest strain on their finances, but this special offer can remove much of that pressure.

“Following an amazing response to the incentive during January, we have extended the deadline for those wanting to take advantage of the offer until the end of February.”
