Bellway picks up two gongs at Hot Property Awards
Two developments built by Bellway Thames Gateway South have been given accolades in the Hot Property Awards 2008. In a ceremony held on 7th March at London’s Waldorf Hilton W1, Bellway Thames Gateway South won two Silver awards for developments in Gravesend and Canterbury.The Old Tannery in Canterbury was awarded the prize for Design and Innovation whilst The Marina received a gong for the Best Waterside apartment development.
Sales Director, Lyn Neale was presented at the Awards ceremony to pick up the trophies. Commenting on the win she said: “These are both fantastically exciting and stylish developments and we were thrilled to have been recognised in such a prestigious Awards schemes.”
The Old Tannery
The Old Tannery in Canterbury is a development of contemporary apartments and townhouses built on the 3.4 hectare site of the former St. Mildred’s Tannery. Located within the city walls in a conservation area, the development of consists of a range of new homes is an exciting new residential quarter for the city, centred around a public piazza lined with shops, restaurants and live work units.
