Linden Homes named Housebuilder of the Year

Linden Homes received the award for Housebuilder of the Year at the coveted Building Awards this week, the second time in three months the developer has received a top accolade, further cementing its outstanding reputation throughout the housebuilding industry.

The latest award represents the fourth consecutive victory in this category for the Galliford Try Homes group, with Linden Homes taking the title three times and Midas Homes once at successive award ceremonies since 2005. Now in its 14th year, the Building Awards ceremony is one of the biggest events of the year - designed to reward best practice, innovation and excellence in the housebuilding and construction industry.

Linden Homes was praised by judges for its ‘endless ambition’ and diversity in not following a rigid design style for its homes. The commitment to brownfield development was also a discerning factor in the win for Linden, as were the on-running appraisals received from industry regulators such as CABE.
