David Wilson Homes launches DIY amnesty

The dreaded DIY... the cause of many an argument in homes up and down the country now proved by a recent survey which has revealed that 32 per cent of men feel pressured by their partners to carry out DIY and 37 per cent of men really dislike it but feel ‘duty-bound' to paint, patch-up, sand, strip, hammer or stick.

But it seems David Wilson Homes East Midlands could have the answer to all those DIY disputes as it launches its very own ‘DIY amnesty'.

Purchasers reserving between a David Wilson home between Thursday 1 May and Monday 26 May, on properties for completion before Monday 30 June, will automatically qualify - just don't forget your paintbrush.
