Helping hand incentives for buyers

1st May 2008 Print
Helping hand incentives for buyers Mortgage rates look to fall following government injection of funds into banks. Buying in a spring market makes sense – and Hillreed homes have some excellent “helping hand incentives”.

Want a new home but frustrated with trying to sell your own home, or finding yourself short of a deposit; maybe you are concerned about mortgage repayments? All these have been addressed by Hillreed Homes, an award winning company of some 30 years standing.

Hillreed Homes is offering Part Exchange and incentives at all their sites throughout Kent, Sussex and Hampshire.

5% deposit paid scheme
This enables buyers with low savings, who have met with resistance at their mortgage lender, to still get onto the property ladder. A perfect solution to today’s problems.

Part Exchange.
This is an excellent opportunity to move into a new Hillreed home, quickly and efficiently.

To ensure that you get the “right” price for your current home, Hillreed appoint two independent local agencies to value your home and take the mean figure. If the figures are widely apart a third valuation is made. This ensures that you, the owner, get a good price for your current home. On top of which you have no agency fees – usually around 2%; and you can move quickly.

Mortgage Subsidy
This means that the purchaser’s monthly mortgage payment is substantially reduced every month for the first 2 years as it is paid by Hillreed Homes.

15% equity share
This approach appeals because of its initial reduction of the purchase price.

How this works –
Hillreed Homes fund 15% of the purchase price up to a period of 5 years.
This is done by means of a second charge, which allows the company to recover their funding when you sell your property or refinance, similar to a building society or bank.

If you choose to purchase the remaining share of your home within 2 years, you will be able to do so at the original purchase price of your home.

If you opt to purchase the remaining share of your home between 3-5 years the company will ask that the amount to be repaid is linked to the value of your home at the time, the minimum being the value at which you purchased your home originally.

PROPERTIES ACROSS THE REGION

Hillreed Homes have properties across the South East region from two bedroom apartments with en suite and parking for £204,950 through to substantial, detached, five bedroom houses.
