Linden Homes is offering its customers financial peace of mind through a series of initiatives aimed at assisting homebuyers in today's market. The housebuilder is providing buyers with free access to mortgage and legal advice, in addition to its recently launched Mortgage Protection Scheme*.

Through its long-standing relationship with the New Homes Mortgage Helpline (NHMH), the housebuilder is providing its customers with access to a range of competitive mortgage packages. As part of its newly devised customer charter, Linden Homes is also providing all customers who obtain a mortgage on one of its homes, with a new Mortgage Protection Scheme*. This offers homebuyers protection should they lose their job and need assistance with their monthly mortgage repayments.

The new Mortgage Protection Scheme* allows buyers to purchase their new home with confidence, assured that for two years, free of charge, the scheme will pay up to £1,000 per month towards a purchaser's mortgage repayments, for a period of up to 12 months, should they lose their job through no fault of their own.
