York Brick arches over Barratt development

York Brick & Stone, based at Elvington Industrial Estate, has supplied over 150 prefabricated splayed gauged brick arches to contractors Hall Construction for use on the fascia of new build apartment blocks and town houses at Bayside in the coastal town.
“We were specified by Hall Construction and it is particularly pleasing to be working on such a key development in Bridlington,” explained York Brick & Stone partner Mal Simpson.
The one, two and three bedroomed residences will be completed in the autumn and are each valued between £100,000 and £165,000.
Established in the 90s as the York Brick Cutting Company and Broad Oak Building Products, the recently merged York Brick & Stone provides bespoke brick and artstone solutions for stately homes, listed buildings and domestic premises across the region as well as supplying trade customers with a wide range of brick and stone products and reclaimed bricks.
