Excellence award for McDermott Homes

11th June 2008 Print
A development by McDermott Homes has been recognised for its outstanding quality and finish by Inspector Home. The Greenbrook Fold Development in Burnley received a bronze certificate after Inspector Homes visited properties on the site to check standards of workmanship.

Only the top 10 per cent of all developments visited by Inspector Home in 2007 and 2008 received an accreditation. To be recognised the properties must be finished to the highest quality standards prior to completion.

All sites receiving an accreditation have been listed on the Inspector Homes website, which will be updated each month.

Kevin Murthwaite, Sales and Marketing Director for McDermott Homes said: “We are delighted to receive this accreditation from Inspector Homes, recognising McDermott’s commitment to providing excellent quality homes.”

Vanessa Ambler, Director of Inspector Homes said: “It is always a pleasure for us to see homes that have been finished to a high standard and we congratulate the team at McDermott on their success.”

The Greenbrook Fold Development was completed in autumn 2007. McDermott Homes currently has six developments in the North West and West Yorkshire in Bacup, Keighley, Earby, Bolton, Blackburn and Rossendale.

The developer is also currently offering a number of excellent deals for buyers, including a ‘Sale Or Return’ offer on selected properties, where people can rent before they decide to purchase, as well as massive discounts and free carpets on selected plots.
