Jones homes announces employees of the year

Jones Homes (Northern) Ltd, has presented two of its employees with a prestigious award in a double ceremony hosted by the company chairman, Alan White.

Steve Middleton, from Methley in Leeds, was named Site Manager of the Year by Jones Homes. Responsible for the company’s Brooklands View development in Skelmanthorpe, Steve has played a vital role in taking the site from its initial stages and developing it into one of Yorkshire’s most successful developments.

Since joining Jones Homes three years ago, Steve has consistently demonstrated his dedication to high standards in housebuilding and site management.

Commenting on his award win, Steve says: “I am very honored to receive the Site Manager of the Year award. It is a wonderful of achievement and I feel delighted to be recognised for my work at Brooklands View.”

Jo Knight, from Carter Knowle in Sheffield, was named Sales Negotiator of the Year by Jones Homes for her outstanding commitment and customer relations at the company’s prestigious Beaumont Park development in Rotherham. Jo has achieved first class results at the development and delivered exceptional levels of customer service.

The award has been designed to recognise sales negotiators who go the extra mile and during her two years at Jones Homes, Jo has been dedicated to the success of her site.

Jo comments: “I am thrilled to receive the award; it is fantastic to have my achievements at Beaumont Park recognised.”

Steve and Jo were presented with their awards by the company chairman Alan White and managing director Gary Hardy at Jones Homes’ regional office at Greenbank in Cleckheaton.

After the ceremony, Alan commented: “Jones Homes is dedicated to recognising ability in our employees and we are remarkably proud of Steve and Jo. Both have constantly supported Jones Homes to achieve great success in Yorkshire and deserve to be recognised for their superb achievements.”
