Exchange ready HIPs boost transaction speed

The Association of Home Information Pack Providers has responded to a case study published today by Simply Hip.

The case study shows that by using additional documentation within Home Information Packs, the time from agreeing a sale to the certainty of exchange of contracts can be reduced to just 7 days.

AHIPP continues to work on exchange ready HIP proposals and protocols and welcomes the fact that some members are already starting to innovate in a manner beneficial to consumers.
