Gladedale provides safety net for homebuyers
Gladedale is offering to provide a safety net for buyers who would like a new home at one of its range of developments across the UK but are concerned about selling their own home in the current market. The premium housebuilder is currently offering a range of schemes to boost buyers' confidence and this includes a Safety Net Part Exchange* scheme where Gladedale will pay an agreed price for your home if it does not sell prior to moving into your new Gladedale property.
Safety Net Part Exchange gives buyers the security of selling their home for an agreed asking price - but if the property then sells to a third party for more the buyer is free to accept the higher offer.
Michaela Lancaster, sales director for Gladedale North West said: "The great thing about Safety Net is that you will be free to accept a higher offer than one agreed with Gladedale. If, however, your house remains unsold six weeks before you move into your new Gladedale home we will purchase your property at the pre-agreed price, and we will be responsible for the marketing from then on.
"This takes the stress out of selling an existing property and allows buyers to focus on moving into their new home."
The Safety Net option is available on plots at an early stage of construction and buyers will benefit from the advantages of a part exchange scheme but with even more control over the eventual selling of the property.
Gladedale North West is currently building a range of new homes across Lancashire, Cheshire, Staffordshire, Greater Manchester and North Wales
