No cause for fright at Miller's open night!

20th October 2008 Print
Miller Homes East Midlands is hoping to take the fear out of buying a new home this Halloween, by inviting potential homebuyers to its spook-tacular late night open evening at Harrow Place, Knighton.

The housebuilder is extending its opening hours until 7pm on Thursday 30th October, offering visitors the opportunity to enjoy a Halloween themed evening whilst quizzing the trained sales advisors about the schemes and incentives that Miller Homes has on offer to make purchasing a new home less scary than ever before.

Miller Homes East Midlands' sales director, Joy Goodman explained: "The purpose of this evening is to provide an informal setting where people can come along and learn more about the properties we have to offer, without any added pressure.

"At Miller Homes, we pride ourselves on our ability to enhance the overall customer experience, making homebuying the simple, affordable and enjoyable process it should be."

The Harrow Place development is an exclusive location of just 20 homes in Knighton - a highly sought-after conservation area of Leicester.

Housebuying schemes on offer at Harrow Place include the Part-Exchange initiative which provides a no chain, hassle-free option to buying that cuts the need for a bridging loan, advertising costs, home information pack and estate agent fees.
