A hassle free path to a new home

A hassle free path to a new home Looking for a new home but can’t sell your present one? Barratt could provide the answer with their latest part exchange offer to North East homebuyers. They’ll consider buying your old place, or sell it for you free of charge, and then give you a mortgage subsidy worth up to £340 every month until 2011.

The special deals are available at Barratt developments across the region for a limited period only.

Steve Mariner, Barratt North East sales manager, said: “Our part exchange service removes all the uncertainty. Just like trading in your old car, we are effectively cash buyers enabling you to relax without the worry and cost of selling your property.

“You can stay in your old place right up until your new home is ready and there’s no hassle, no estate agent fees or last-minute price haggling. And after you’ve moved in, you benefit from the mortgage subsidy.”

He added: “We can only offer this on a limited number of homes. It’s first come, first served, so I’d advise anyone interested to get in touch.”

A stylish Woodcote 4-bedroom townhouse at Saxonfields, Kirk Merrington, is available for £199,950 with part exchange, plus a £210 a month mortgage subsidy.

The Woodcote has a spacious living and dining room with French windows leading out into the garden, and contemporary fitted breakfasting kitchen. The first floor has three good-sized bedrooms and family bathroom, while on the top floor is the superb master bedroom with dressing area and en suite.

Saxonfields is a development of family homes in a peaceful village setting with views over the Cleveland Hills.

Most Barratt developments are open from 10.00am to 5.00pm, Thursday to Monday. For further information, log on to Barratthomes.co.uk.
