New Homes Part Exchange has appointed Shawn McConnell to the role of Sales Manager of its 'Elite Agents' division, which seeks partnerships with leading independent agents across the country.

Shawn McConnell brings with him a wealth of experience in the estate agency sector, following a ten-year career which began as a Negotiator at Weir and Hodgkinson in Chemlsford. From there, Shawn moved on to become a Senior Negotiator at Beresfords and Branch Manager at Balgores Basildon branch. He comments:
