Primelocation.com adopts Google Maps with Street View

Primelocation.com’s unique integration of Street View – the latest innovation from Google - combined with Microsoft’s Bird’s Eye View aerial imagery, will revolutionise the way Britons search for prime properties.

In an exciting move to create a richer, more advanced property search, Primelocation.com has adopted Google Street View in their property listings, combining it with Microsoft Virtual Earth’s Bird’s Eye View mapping feature. This enhanced search experience is unique to Primelocation.com, who anticipates that the combined technology will further improve consumers’ online property search.

Navigating Street View, the user is transported from a two-dimensional map to a virtual street tour of an area’s buildings, green areas and landmarks, through a comprehensive collection of real images collated by Google. The feature is available for an increasing number of cities, towns and regions throughout the UK.

Bird’s Eye View allows users to view high resolution; low altitude angled aerial images of properties, streets and local features in more than 130 towns and cities across the UK.
