Gladedale cuts reservation fee With spring in the air and summer just around the corner it is the perfect time for homebuyers to find a new home, especially as Gladedale have slashed their reservation fee from £99 to £9.99 for the remainder of April.

Gladedale in the north east of England has cut the reservation fee on all developments across the region so that all homebuyers need to secure their new home is £9.99.
