Good news for New Homes Part Exchange

New Homes Part Exchange, a division of The New Homes Group, has won two major contracts to provide part exchange services to Miller Northern Home Counties and Midas Homes.

The business wins build on a strong start to the year for New Homes Part Exchange, which has completed hundreds of part exchange sales since the beginning of 2009, providing a considerable boost to the new homes market.

While homeowners across the country are struggling to sell, New Homes Part Exchange takes on average only 10 days to find a buyer from the initial marketing of the home and just six weeks from reservation to exchange, by pricing homes realistically.
