Gladedale offers income protection scheme

One of the UK’s leading housebuilders, Gladedale, is taking steps to help allay the fears of those who want to move home but are concerned about redundancy or illness.
The company is offering three years income protection* to anyone buying one of their range of new build homes across the region.
This initiative will provide peace of mind to prospective homeowners with the provision of a safety net if they should lose their income.
Gladedale will provide ‘Back to Day One’ income protection which will provide a monthly benefit if you are unable to work due to disability or unemployment. This will be paid for a maximum of 12 months and the maximum monthly benefit will be £2,000 or 65% of your monthly net income.
Richard Jones, Sales Director for Gladedale in North East England, said: “We recognise that there are a considerable number of pressures for those looking to move home at the moment and we are focused on helping people to still be able to secure the home of their dreams.
“Gone are the days when the biggest concern was which housestyle to select and the provision of income protection is just one of a range of initiatives from Gladedale designed to put people’s minds at ease when they move home.”
With prices starting from £69,995, Gladedale homes across the region represent excellent value for money and offer a striking selection of homes.
