Grant Shapps’ support of ERP boost for HIP industry

Mike Ockenden, Director General, Association of Home Information Pack Providers (AHIPP) responds to Grant Shapps' endorsement of the exchange-ready pack (ERP) as a ‘great idea': "Grant Shapps' open support of the exchange-ready pack* (ERP) provides a welcome boost for the HIP industry. The Association has been advocating the benefits of the ERP for many months, with our members reporting positive consumer and agent feedback and a significant reduction in transaction times for those homes sold with one of these advanced HIPs in place.
