After a resounding sales success, there are just eight apartments remaining at George Wimpey’s Battledown Park development in Oakley.

A total of 91 apartments have been sold at the development since its launch, in a sales phenomenon which has seen prospective purchasers queuing overnight to secure one of these properties. A number of those apartments have been purchased through the government-backed First Time Buyer Initiative (FTBI).

Part of the government’s HomeBuy low-cost home ownership scheme, the FTBI scheme helps make mortgage payments manageable during the initial years of ownership and has helped hoards of first time buyers onto the property ladder at Battledown Park.

Remaining apartments include three Seville style two bedroom apartments, three Madrid style two bedroom apartments and two Adagio style one bedroom apartment. Each property comprises an open plan living and dining area, with integrated kitchen, spacious bedrooms, bathroom and allocated parking space. Prices start from £114,995.
