Yorkshire folk ‘chuffed’ with new homes Yorkshire folk can be described as prudent yet determined people, they know what they like and know what they don’t! Which is why, family-owned national housebuilder Miller Homes, is ‘chuffed’ with the latest results from its customer satisfaction survey. Over 96% of Yorkshire customers would recommend Miller Homes to their friends and family.

Since being the first housebuilder in the industry to publish its customer satisfaction scores Miller Homes has continued to achieve good results, and Yorkshire has fared best throughout the country.

Carolyn Rushbrook, sales and marketing director for Miller Homes Yorkshire said: “These results are a testament to the hard work the team in Yorkshire do. From site workers and sales advisers through to staff in the office they have all continued to provide an excellent level of service to our customers even in these testing times.”

The survey covers all aspects of the house buying process, with particular attention to five areas; readiness of the home on move in day; the demonstration process; speed and quality of remedial work, together with overall satisfaction and referral rates.

Carolyn continued: “These results also show that whilst our asking prices have come down, the quality of our product and customer service certainly hasn’t. People are continuing to buy with confidence from Miller Homes because we are offering unbeatable deals on fantastic homes.

“And with Yorkshire folk having a reputation of being the ‘salt of the earth’ and ‘honest to their word’, we couldn’t ask for much better results!”
