Sarah Beeny’s smarter way to sell your home

18th June 2009 Print
Sarah Beeny’s smarter way to sell your home TV presenter Sarah Beeny has launched phase one of her new property site. Tepilo.com is free to use, allowing you to upload and update details of your home for sale, giving you control over the way your home is presented and marketed and saving you money in the process.

Tepilo.com gives you advice on how to prepare your property for sale, or what to look for when searching for the perfect home. The site guides you through the processes you may not otherwise attempt alone.

Buyers benefit by gaining a more accurate view of what a home is really like in a magazine style, with vendors describing their own home in their own words, rather than trying to decode the usual scarce descriptions.

Along the way there is detailed advice and support from Sarah Beeny herself.

Tepilo.com enables you to set the asking price of your home and depersonalises the bidding process by keeping all negotiations through the site. This also means that you can accept the offer price that you really want.

The site launched with no fees and no gimmicks in June 2009 and in the first few months properties going on the site will not only benefit from the exposure surrounding the new launch, but tepilo will also be randomly selecting homes to receive an ‘expert visit’ where Sarah Beeny will pop round and offer advice of how to improve the marketing of your home.

Tepilo.com aims to change the way you think about buying and selling your home and give control back to you, the homeowners.

Sarah Beeny set up her own property development and investment companies at the age of 24 along with her brother and partner (now husband).

With her business a success, Sarah was approached to be the presenter of Channel 4’s prime time show Property Ladder. She also set up successful online dating site Mysinglefriend.com.

Sarah has fronted many other shows, as well as being a regular contributor to magazines such as Homebuyer, New Woman and At Home. Sarah is now a regular writer for The Sunday Times and has written several best-selling books.
