The Nottingham’s three-month home sales challenge

Home sellers in the East Midlands are being offered a great opportunity to sell their home within three months - or obtain a discount on their selling fees.

The new service for home sellers has been launched by The Nottingham, the region's biggest combined estate agency and building society network.

The Nottingham's three month challenge is available to any seller living in Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire using one of The Nottingham's 15 estate agency branches.

"What we are offering is a win-win situation for anyone who is keen to sell their home and looking to benefit from one of the most professional home-selling operations in the business," commented Graham Lang, operations manager at The Nottingham.

"Our three-month home selling challenge puts us to the test and reinforces our credentials as the agency of choice for local people."

Should The Nottingham be unsuccessful in securing a buyer within three months, the agency's fees will be reduced by £100 in month four, by £200 in month five - and by £300 in month six, which is the maximum total reduction any seller can receive.

Since the beginning of 2009, 80% of all new homes put up for sale with The Nottingham have been sold. A keen factor in this success has been the launch of the new and exclusive sales service for ‘serious' home sellers, which has had tremendous success in meeting the needs of local people.

Sellers have been delighted at the new service, which includes:

The delivery of enhanced customers service standards via a dedicated relationship manager, who offers weekly updates on potential buyer interest, organises a face-to-face review, provides viewing feedback within 24 hours - and submits a monthly marketing report to all vendors;

Guarantees that a vendor's property will be on the market within 48 hours of their agreement with The Nottingham being signed (subject to availability of the HIP);

The offer of a market-leading Home Information Pack (HIP) which will be completed in less than seven days (subject to access, return of Property Information Questionnaire and payment).

In addition, all vendors expressing an interest in buying a property within the East Midlands will be eligible to join The Nottingham's exclusive property monitoring service. This enables all registered applicants to receive early notification about properties coming on the market that match their requirements.
