Score free season tickets with Gladedale

In anticipation of the new football season Gladedale is offering homebuyers who reserve a new home before the end of July two season tickets to the team of their choice in North East England, absolutely free.

The mechanics of part exchange are that the older property will be independently surveyed and valued, and a price agreed against the cost of a more expensive new property. Gladedale is currently also offering a no deposit scheme. This means that buyers own 100 per cent of their new property for just 75 per cent of the price, backed by a 25 per cent interest free loan from the housebuilder for up to 10 years.
