Miller Homes - Keeping customers happy

3rd July 2009 Print
As well as celebrating 75 years of award-wining housebuilding, Miller Homes are celebrating this year’s success in the latest Customer Satisfaction survey results published this week.

In the North West the housebuilder has achieved record scores with 95.5 percent of its customers stating that they would recommend the company to their best friend*, this represents an 8.7 percent increase compared to the same period in 2008.

Steve McElroy Sales and Marketing Director in the North West said: “More welcomed good news on the property market with continued improvements in our customer satisfaction levels. Our success is a direct result of our ability to listen and respond to our customers’ needs.”

“The figures just released are from a survey conducted in the first quarter of 2009, at the height of the credit crunch and recession, when home buyers were surrounded by negative news. This could have triggered increases in dissatisfaction of the product and service received. Interestingly this is the period when we have seen increases in visitors and over achieved our sales targets by an incredible 220 percent.”

“Proof if it is needed that whilst our asking prices have come down, the quality of our product and our service has remained high.”

The survey also reveals that almost 87 percent were very satisfied overall with their new home (up 8.9% on the same period in 2008) and 92 percent of customers considered that their new home represented value for money.

Miller Homes is currently building homes in the north west in: Chorley, Darwen, Farnworth, Heysham, Liverpool, Salford, St Helens, Warrington, Wesham and Westhoughton.
