An event packed summer for Barratt

The ‘Big Lunch’ provided a fun opportunity for the newcomers to the development to get to know each other. The flourishing community in Redhill, which is now over 75 per cent sold, enjoyed a picnic in the afternoon sunshine and chatted to their new neighbours for the first time. There was plenty to keep the children occupied as the adults got to know each other. A bouncy castle was organised for the large green in the centre of the development and there was also a charity raffle with £250 worth of holiday vouchers in prizes, face painting, a cake stall and even karaoke to enjoy!
Laurent Auneau, a resident at Park 25, said: “A great day was had by all and the event was a real success. It was a good opportunity for all the residents and their children to meet each other; it’s becoming a really friendly community down here.”
On Saturday 8th August, a Part Exchange Day will be held at Park 25.Visitors will have the chance to discuss the excellent home exchange package available at the development with Barratt’s experienced sales team and view the stunning showhomes.
At 10 am on the following day, Sunday 9th August, Barratt will be holding a Part Exchange Morning Brunch at The Acres in Horley, where prospective purchasers will have the opportunity to discuss part exchange possibilities while enjoying coffee and croissants.
On Sunday 9th August, there will be a champagne tasting session with a wine expert at Watercolour in Redhill from 11 am to 4 pm. Visitors will have the chance to sample a variety of fine champagnes and browse the new showhome set within picturesque communal gardens, canal reed beds and walkways on the edge of two lagoons.
Barratt offers an excellent range of incentives to help prospective purchasers in every situation. If you have a property to sell, you could take advantage of Barratt’s popular Part Exchange Service with Mortgage Protection.
