Crest Nicholson rewards top employees

Becky and John were both presented with Bronze Awards which recognise their exceptional work at the company’s ICON development in Street.
Becky won the award for her continued commitment to providing an outstanding level of customer service and her ability to consistently deliver sales at this unique eco-development, despite the difficult market conditions of the past months.
John, who has worked for Crest Nicholson for 18 months, won the award for his commitment to ensuring that the properties at ICON meet the exceptionally high standards for which Crest Nicholson is renowned.
Stephen Stone, Chief Executive of Crest Nicholson, said: “Customer care is crucial in our business, and even more so in a tough economic climate where customers require more guidance and advice about their purchase than in usual circumstances.
“We invest heavily in staff training because our research shows that homebuyers attach huge importance to standards of service and expectations are high. Therefore we are delighted to reward key members of our sales team who prove that they have an outstanding attitude to customer service.”
Becky, who has worked for Crest Nicholson for four years, commented: “I thoroughly enjoy my job and take great pride in doing it to the best of my ability, so it’s a real honour and very gratifying to have my efforts recognised by Crest Nicholson. The fact that the properties at ICON have continued to be so popular is testament to the hard work of the whole team, as well as the high quality and desirability of the homes that Crest Nicholson produces.”
John, who was also recently nominated for a National House-Building Council ‘Pride in the Job’ award, commented: “It’s a real honour to have my efforts recognised by the company and I couldn’t have done it without the help of my whole team. The continued success of ICON, in a difficult market such as this, is testament to Crest Nicholson’s on-going commitment to providing buyers with a top quality product, as well as excellent standards of customer service. I’m proud to be working on such a fantastic development.”
The first phase of the ICON development consists of 138 one and two bedroom apartments and two, three and four-bedroom homes, with prices now starting from £105,950 for a one bedroom apartment to £199,950 for a three bedroom home.
