Stamford Homes strengthens its sales team New homes builder Stamford Homes has made a key appointment to its sales team. Jo Beardsley-Morris has taken up the post of Connections Manager for the Midlands and North regions of Stamford Homes, which has head offices in Peterborough and Grimsby.

Jo brings her wealth of new homes experience and knowledge to the role, having worked in the housing industry for more than 20 years.

As Connections Manager Jo will be responsible for providing customers with information on new homes being built by Stamford Homes’ across the regions – either face to face or through on-line communication, as well as providing details and availability on up and coming developments – including guidance on reserving from plan.

She said: “Some of our customers are understandably anxious about reserving a new home from plan, so to be able to talk them through the process and give them advise on the benefits and help them to visualise the finished home is one of the many roles I will be undertaking.

“Ensuring that the right messages are delivered to customers is paramount. I enjoy working with and talking to people – and am certainly relishing the challenge of this new position with Stamford Homes, and continuing to promote the company’s good name and reputation in its operating areas.”

Stamford Homes regional sales and marketing director Peter Bond added: ‘I am delighted to welcome Jo to the team, whose appointment has come as a result of an increase in demand over the last six months.

“Jo’s addition to our sales department will ensure that our customers continue to receive the best possible service.”

Jo is 45 and currently lives in Newark on Trent, Nottinghamshire
