Friends all buy homes at same Radcliffe development

Anthony Horwich, who moved to Chapelfield Park with his wife Bev in June 2008 was so happy with his new lifestyle, that he introduced not one but four friends to new homes with George Wimpey.orHo
Anthony explains: “We really liked the properties at Chapelfield Park – they were really good value for money, in a nice quiet area and we liked the fact that there were only a small number of properties, compared to some other new build developments which were huge. Funnily enough I had always been put off by new builds before and I never wanted to live in a townhouse, but Chapelfield Park totally changed my mind.
“The four bedroom townhouse that we now live in is a great size, especially compared to other new build houses, and we got a great deal on it. We really liked the location too as it means there aren’t many cars driving past.
“The after sales care we’ve had from George Wimpey has been fantastic – they have helped us so much and any questions we’ve had, they’ve answered. I was so impressed overall with the houses that I’ve recommended them to four friends – three of which have already moved in and the fourth’s on his way!”
IT Consultant Steven Durban moved to Chapelfield Park just over a year ago, following Anthony’s recommendation. He says: “I saw Chapelfield Park as somewhere in which a community could be built and where a family could be started. There’s a nice community feel here and I know a lot of friends have moved to the area for the same reason. It is in the perfect location for me – it has access to the local amenities including shops and the synagogue.”
Anthony also recommended Jonathan Epstein to the development in December 2008 He says: “I had a friend who lived down the road from Chapelfield Park so I noticed the development when I was driving past. A few of my friends already lived there too and recommended it to me as well. There’s a really nice community feel to the area which was what really attracted me.”
Chloe Dunn, sales manager for Chapelfield Park, says: “It’s always a great compliment for us when one of our buyers recommends the development to one of their friends, but to recommend to four is just fantastic and we’re thrilled that Anthony is so happy with his new home.
“We now only have a great range of apartments left, as it seems that Anthony is not the only one who has found his dream home with us! The apartments start from just £63,750, so you can really see why they appeal.”
