David Wilson site managers have ‘Pride in the Job’

The awards are the most coveted in the housebuilding industry and are awarded after NHBC inspectors carry out a series of unannounced site inspections to select the best organised and best-built housing developments.
More than 18,000 site managers in Britain are judged on every aspect of their job, including technical skill, quality workmanship, customer service and site safety.
Andy Peters, Managing Director for David Wilson Mercia said, “The Pride in the Job awards are not only recognition of our construction teams’ skills and dedication, but also give added reassurance to our buyers.
“Our site managers play a vital role in delivering our exceptional quality standards in the homes we build and this achievement shows the high level of professionalism and expertise our site teams deliver.”
“We are extremely proud of all four winners and wish them the best of luck in the next stage of the competition.”
The four winners will now go on to compete in the next stage of the competition where around 130 site managers will be awarded the Pride in the Job Seal of Excellence and Regional Awards. In January the NHBC will reveal the overall winner of the competition at the Supreme Awards.
