Taylor Wimpey offers ‘Smart Rates’ on new homes

Leading regional house-builder Taylor Wimpey South Midlands is helping its customers to sail through the credit crunch with an amazing 2.99% ‘Smart Rate’ mortgage deal on any of its brand new homes.

The money-saving deal will see Taylor Wimpey top-up home-buyers’ mortgage payments until 30th November 2011, so that their monthly payments are charged at only 2.99% for a full two-year period.
