8th September 2009 Print
New incentives for Thames Valley house hunters In support of New Homes Week (running 12th – 20th September), leading homebuilder Persimmon Homes Thames Valley is offering househunters the chance to have their stamp duty paid to help with the cost of buying a brand new home.

Elaine Stratford, sales director for Persimmon Homes Thames Valley, states: “New Homes Week is dedicated to supporting househunters with their purchase, whilst also highlighting the benefits of buying a brand new property.

“One of the advantages of buying a new home is that purchasers can often benefit from incentives and deals. By offering to pay the stamp duty to homebuyers who reserve their new property at one of our beautiful developments during New Homes Week, we’re going some way to assist them with making their brand new house a home.”

Persimmon is offering the incentive at all of its Thames Valley-based developments including:

Tabard Square, Stoke Poges
Royal Gardens, Spencer’s Woood, near Reading
Sovereign Fields, Jennett’s Park, Bracknell
Fairfield Park, Stotfold
Cumnor Ridge, Cumnor

Interested parties are being urged to visit their nearest site during the week as there are only a limited number of New Homes Week incentives available. The offer is on selected plots for those who reserve their home at the listed price.

If you’re interested in the range of properties available or would like to find out more about the stamp duty incentive, visit the company’s website at persimmonhomes.com.
