St Paul’s Square apartments go on sale

Apartments at Liverpool’s prestigious St Paul’s Square development, due for completion in April, have been released for sale to the public. Designed with owner-occupiers in mind, the 50 one and two bedroom apartments at St Paul’s Square start from £122,000.

Developers behind the project, English Cities Fund (ECf), will unveil a marketing suite at 61-63 Dale Street on Saturday 27th January, just a short walk from the actual development on Old Hall Street.

Local design company, Kingston Shaw, has created a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room at the marketing suite to show the look and feel of the stylish city centre apartments.

As an opening promotional offer, the first five people to reserve apartments at St Paul’s Square will be given a complimentary interior design consultation with Kingston Shaw, worth over £1,500, which will include professional tips and advice on how to make the most of your new home.
