The carnival spirit was alive and well at Redrow’s Cressington Heath development in South Liverpool for their ‘Festival of Housing’ extravaganza!

Visitors to the funfair-inspired event in Garston were greeted by Liverpool’s swinging sixties band, The Shakers, as well as colourful balloon modeller, ‘Balloon Wyzzard’.

Children delighted at being turned into fearsome lions or pretty fairies thanks to the skills of Annie the face painter and, after working up an appetite, refreshments were on hand.

Cressington Heath will eventually comprise 314 new homes on a 35-acre site formally owned by Associated British Ports (ABP) between Aigburth and Garston.
