Investors offered 6% rental guarantees until 2012

Buy-to-let investors who purchase a new home from George Wimpey* will have their gross rental income guaranteed until 2012 through a simple new scheme.

The offer aims to make it easier for would-be landlords to enter the buy-to-let market by guaranteeing a gross rental yield of 6% of the purchase price for the first four years.

The scheme is available on a selection of George Wimpey properties at sites including Chatsworth Gardens in Wavertree Garden Suburb.
