From new home to New York

From new home to New York Getting ahead of the rush to buy a new home at Miller Homes' Bridgewater Park development in Netherley worked out well for Adam Williams and Katie Heron. These first time buyers won a luxury trip for two to New York by being the first to reserve on the opening day of the development in April.

Deciding to defer their trip until closer to get in some Christmas shopping in the ‘Big Apple', Adam and Katie collected their tickets from Miller Homes' Sales Consultant, Mark Russell and will be flying off in December.

Since the opening the development has been selling well. The strong demand is in part due to Miller Homes' MiWay option. This gives people the chance to own 100% of their home for 75% of the cost. Buyers pay 75% of the price before they move in and then pay 25% of the current market value of the property either when they sell or at any time within ten years.

There is no interest payable on the 25%. legal fees are paid and because the 25% is in effect a deposit, buyers will be eligible for 75% mortgage schemes that have more competitive rates. With ‘MiWay' you can buy a new home at ‘Bridgewater Park' for just £74,962 (normally £99,950).
