‘We sell older homes too’ says Bellway

19th November 2008 Print
National housebuilder Bellway is probably better known for its new homes, but as part-exchange manager Annette Kirby from Bellway’s Liverpool office points out, they also sell older homes too.

“Through our popular part-exchange scheme we acquire a wide variety of house types ranging from flats to two, three, four and five-bed houses.

“To help new buyers we can provide tailor-made packages specifically designed to make the moving process as simple and cheap as possible. For example we can help with legal fees, deposit and furnishings if required.

“Many of our part-exchange homes come complete with extras included in the price. Some are fully re-decorated and many have fitted carpets and kitchen appliances, they also come with the benefit of being chain free.

“The success of our part-exchange service means that we acquire lots of older homes every year,” Annette added. They are all competitively priced and a full survey is undertaken on each property. You have the reassurance that Bellway’s experts know a sound property when they see one, we only Part Exchange properties that we know are good value and problem-free.”

Current prices for older homes range from £65,000 to £250,000. “All of these properties represent incredible value for money,” Annette continued. “And, because they are backed by Bellway, you can buy with confidence.”
