Sister directs couple to their perfect home in Liverpool

Sister directs couple to their perfect home in Liverpool When Sarah Mulligan and her husband Paul were looking to take their next step up on the property ladder, Sarah decided to take some sisterly advice and join her sibling at Cressington Heath, in South Liverpool.

With their daughter Beth, six, quickly growing up, both Sarah, 34, and quantity surveyor, Paul, felt they had outgrown their three-bedroom terrace property in nearby Aigburth, and decided it was time to take the plunge and find a bigger home that could offer them more.

However the couple didn’t need to look far as Sarah’s sister, Laura, was already enjoying life living at Cressington Heath with her partner David, and had no qualms in recommending the Garston venture to her older sister.

And, after heeding the sisterly advice, the happy family are now living the high life in a spacious three-storey Lambourne townhouse, which is giving them lots to gush about.

Sarah a deputy manager for an after-school club, explains: “Our previous home was quite old which meant there was always some DIY jobs that needed taking care of, which often took time and cost money. Therefore we were both eager to move away from all of that and buy a home that we could immediately enjoy with minimum stress.

“Moving to Cressington Heath has allowed us to do that but at the same time we were able to have some input when it came to picking the kitchen and other finishes which was great, we felt we were having the best of both worlds minus the inconvenience.”

“Cressington Heath has proved to be the best move we have ever made. It stands out from other new developments in the area because of its lovely landscaped areas and diverse design. Plus Laura really loves living here which was another big factor in our final decision to set up home – it’s always nice to live near your sister.”

Cressington Heath, situated off Garston Way, Garston, is already proving popular with buyers hankering after an eye-catching, quality built new home in a location that offers easy access to the city centre and plenty of local amenities on the doorstep.
Offering a mix of contemporary and traditional designs, there’s currently a choice of one-bedroom apartments plus three and four-bedroom homes, with prices from as little as £124,995.

Buyers can get a taste of life at Cressington Heath, when they visit the Teign and Ouse show homes, which both offer three floors of stunning interior design ideas.
