When Sarah Mulligan and her husband Paul were looking to take their next step up on the property ladder, Sarah decided to take some sisterly advice and join her sibling at Cressington Heath, in South Liverpool.

Sarah a deputy manager for an after-school club, explains: “Our previous home was quite old which meant there was always some DIY jobs that needed taking care of, which often took time and cost money. Therefore we were both eager to move away from all of that and buy a home that we could immediately enjoy with minimum stress.

“Moving to Cressington Heath has allowed us to do that but at the same time we were able to have some input when it came to picking the kitchen and other finishes which was great, we felt we were having the best of both worlds minus the inconvenience.”
