Live mortgage free for a year in Ellesmere Port

First time buyers struggling to reach the first rung on the property ownership ladder are now being handed a lifeline.

For leading homebuilder Bellway is giving young people in Ellesmere Port the chance to make their dream of having their own home a reality.

Purchasers at the company’s Canal Village development can now be mortgage free for a year, as Bellway will take reservations for just £99 and then give them up to £6000 on completion (equivalent to £500 per month for a full 12 months).
