14th September 2007 Print
The Galleries For one weekend only (Saturday 6th and Sunday 7th October), first time buyers at Gladedale’s The Galleries development in Warrington are being given £1,000 to spend in IKEA. The house builder, formerly Bett Homes, hopes that it will help young individuals and couples to make that first crucial step onto the property ladder at the development on Gladstone Street.

Prices start at £97,500 in this last release of one and two bedroom apartments and a range of additional incentives are available on selected plots. Gladedale is offering to help by paying the required 5% deposit and £500 a month towards their mortgage for the first year plus carpet the home throughout.

Only 12 apartments are available to buy on this scheme at The Galleries and they are all located in a prime position within the development. Surrounded by landscaped gardens, the homes are just a short walk away from the town centre.

Pauline McManus, sales manager for Gladedale, said: “First time buyers shouldn’t have to forfeit style for affordability, which is why we’re offering to pay their deposit, carpet their apartment and help to furnish it. We hope this will go a long way to helping first time buyers choose the apartment that they want without stretching their budget.”

These one and two bedroom contemporary apartments by award-winning house builder Gladedale have proved popular with young professionals, couples and singles alike.

Spacious, open plan flexible living areas characterise the apartments, which are all built to a high standard of specification and a parking space is included.

Warrington boasts an enviable location, strategically placed between the M62, M56 and M6, the vibrant cities of Manchester and Liverpool are within easy reach, along with the delights of the Cheshire towns and countryside.

Prices at The Galleries start at £97,500. For more information visit the Sales Centre which is open 7 days a week from 10.30am to 5pm.
