Heather, 38, who is now a resource manager with the transport company and Gareth, 35, who is now a senior driver/trainer, are delighted with their three storey townhouse.
Heather said: “We lived in a townhouse in Cardiff and we really liked the style so we wanted to find a similar property when we moved.
“We like this house because it is so spacious, with the lounge on the first floor and the big family room on the ground floor there is just so much living space and it is so flexible.
“My 11-year-old daughter has got a bedroom and a bathroom on the first floor and she just loves it.
“It would be really weird to go back to a conventional two-storey house now.”
Heather and Gareth have got four children between them, Michaela, 16, Olivia, 12, Clarice, 11, and Amelia, 10.
Although the Sidings is ideally located for Heather and Gareth’s jobs, it is not the only reason that they were attracted to the development.
Heather said: “It is lovely here and it is really quiet but it is also brilliant for the town centre, and of course it only takes us about two minutes to get to work.”
