Take a different view on buying a new home

Take a different view on buying a new home Buyers are often forced to choose between a home with picturesque views or a pad close to the hustle and bustle of the city, but Redrow’s Cooper Court has got it all.

The latest batch of apartments at the development in Hazel Grove, near Stockport, overlook a beautiful reservoir surrounded by reeds and trees, yet cosmopolitan Manchester is only a half-hour commute by train.

Barbara Wright, area sales manager for Redrow Homes (North West) says: “Although city centre living is still a popular choice, we’re seeing more and more professionals who want all the style and sophistication of apartment living, but would prefer a more tranquil way of life away from the hustle and bustle.

“These stylish and modern apartments, some of which have Juliet balconies, are perfect to come home to after a hard day at work in the city.

“Imagine putting your feet up in the living room and looking out at the stunning waterside view every day or standing at the balcony having a drink on a summer’s evening.”

Cooper Court will eventually feature 98 two and three-bedroom mews and town houses and two-bedroom apartments from Redrow’s property portfolio.

Currently availability includes two-bedroom apartments priced from £156,000 and a selection of three-bedroom houses on offer from £229,950.

The development is close to the village of Hazel Grove and just three miles from Stockport, both of which offer plenty of amenities, while Manchester is within easy reach.

Travel connections from Hazel Grove are excellent with easy access to the A6, which links to the M1 and M6 motorways. There is also a local railway station which will take people straight into Manchester Piccadilly in 30 minutes.

For more information about making a move to Cooper Court, drop into the development, located off Cooper Street, daily between 10am to 5.30pm, or log onto Redrow.co.uk.
