22nd April 2008 Print
Help with your mortgage until 2010 If you buy a home on Barratt Chester's Sunningdale Park development in Hale Bank, you can get help with your mortgage payments until 2010. The company is offering £500 a month towards buyers' mortgages on several properties as well as paying the five per-cent deposit.

Three bedroom homes on the site are on the market from £143,950 and there are some fantastic incentives on apartments - many of which will be ready to move into next month. A one bedroom apartment has been reduced from £95,900 to £84,950 and those with two bedrooms are now £94,950, reduced from the previous selling price of £108,950.

The development is located on the site of a former Asda superstore close to the centre of Halebank, approximately two miles from Widnes town centre. It's just a short drive from the A562 Speke Road and the Runcorn Bridge with easy access to both the M62 to the north and the M56 to the south. The nearest train station is about two miles to the north and is positioned on the Manchester to Liverpool line. Warrington and Liverpool are both within a 20 minute drive.

Sunningdale Park is open seven days a week from 11am to 6pm.
