High flyer lands new position at Bovis Homes

Reporting directly to sales and marketing director Kate Burrow, 30 year old Lynton will work with the Bovis Homes’ sales managers on site to ensure that they are fully prepared to meet the demands of new homebuyers and ensure a smooth and stress-free transition for customers from potential purchaser to new homeowner.
Well equipped for his new role, Lynton has more than 10 years experience in the industry and has worked previously for a number of well known residential property developers. He started his career as a sales advisor, and has progressed steadily upwards field sales manager and finally area sales director.
Delighted with his appointment, Lynton commented: “The challenges of the housebuilding industry are many and varied – and never more so than now. I particularly enjoy the fast pace of the industry and am looking forward to interacting with customers and the Bovis Homes sales team in the North West to play a key role in the future success of all developments.”
Lynton was also recently appointed to the role of deputy chairman for the New Homes North West forum.
A real high flyer, Lynton is an aviation enthusiast and originally wanted to join the Royal Air Force. When a knee injury prevented him taking to the skies full time, he decided to touch down with a career in housebuilding and hasn’t looked back since.
He now has the best of both worlds. As Commanding Officer of 70 Squadron RAF Cadet organisation in Croft, he spends his spare time teaching military and aviation skills to youth cadets aged 13-18 and also continues to dabble in a little property renovation of his own by loving restoring his Victorian terrace.
Bovis Homes is one of the UK’s most successful residential property developers and prides itself on its design and build quality and customer service. The housebuilder has a wide range of developments across the North West and Yorkshire which can be located and viewed by logging onto Bovishomes.co.uk.
