Bellway Manchester tops out at Sandpipers Bellway Manchester celebrated strong progress at its prestigious Sandpipers development in Congleton, with a traditional topping out ceremony. With build progressing ahead of schedule, the ceremony marked the completion of the roof, which perfectly complements the stylish and inspirational design of the building and was the perfect way to show off the development’s fabulous views of the River Dane.

The beautifully designed development, located on Rope Walk, comprises just 36 luxurious one and two bedroom apartments which will appeal to a broad spectrum of buyers.

The apartments all feature an attractive open-plan living environment, which boasts a carefully planned kitchen, dining and living area. The properties offer spacious bedrooms and a generously sized bathroom, with the two bedroom apartments benefitting from en-suite facilities in the master bedroom.

The development also provides secure undercroft parking, with spaces allocated to each apartment.

Construction director at Bellway Manchester, Lincoln Ahern, comments: “We are extremely proud of Sandpipers and the success it has enjoyed to date. The topping out ceremony was an ideal way to mark this exciting milestone in the construction of the development and recognise the exceptional work of the Sandpipers team in building this development ahead of schedule.”

Just a short walk from Congleton town centre, which boasts a host of small independent shops, larger supermarkets, high street stores and restaurants, the development is positioned in a prime location. Ideal for commuters too, Sandpipers offers convenient access to the M6 motorway network.

The development has enjoyed unprecedented success since its launch with all the one bedroom apartments being sold off plan. Prices for the remaining two bedroom apartments start from £153,750.
