Make-up artist is made-up with Barratt Twenty-two-year-old make-up artist Sadie Hunt loves her brand new home on Barratt Chester's Sunningdale Park development because it's unique. When the house was being built Sadie decided to put her own special stamp on it by laying a brick. Now she's moved in with partner Moss Day, also 22 and she couldn't be happier. "We absolutely love it here. Barratt have been amazing and nothing has been too much trouble. Everything is great and we feel so lucky to have a home of our own at our age," said Sadie.

Moss and Sadie both travel to work using the nearby motorway system and feel that Sunningdale Park is ideally placed for commuting. Many of the couple's friends also live on the site so their social life is great too.

Sadie and Moss bought a three-bedroom Palmerston design home, an ideal property for first-time buyers. There are Palmerston designs available at Sunningdale Park priced from £137,150 and for a limited period Barratt will pay buyers' five per-cent deposits.

Three-bedroom Maidstone homes have an en-suite shower room to the main bedroom and are priced from £148,500. This property design is remaining popular with first time buyers and families.

The development is located on the site of a former Asda superstore close in the centre of Halebank, approximately two miles from Widnes town centre. It's just a short drive from the A562 Speke Road and the Runcorn Bridge with easy access to both the M62 to the north and the M56 to the south. The nearest train station is about two miles to the north and is positioned on the Manchester to Liverpool line. Warrington and Liverpool are both within a 20 minute drive.

Sunningdale Park is open seven days a week from 11am to 6pm.
