Miller Homes event offers £63,000 home in Warrington

Miller Homes has announced a special event to help home buyers beat the ‘Credit Crunch'. On Thursday 20 November they are hosting a ‘Buying MiWay' open day at the house builders' ‘Urban Space' development off Marsh House Lane, Warrington.

Kay Halls, Miller Homes' Sales Manager provided insight in to its ‘MiWay' option: "The event has been organised to provide the opportunity for home buyers and parents of first time buyers to find out directly why our ‘MiWay' [pay 75% now - 25% later] or alternatively 100% part exchange, options are proving so popular.

"At the event on 20 November we will show how buyers can own 100% of a 3 bedroom home for just 75% of the cost now. There is no interest payable on the balance of 25% and Legal Fees are paid. Because the 25% is in effect a deposit, buyers are eligible for 75% mortgage schemes that are more readily available and offer more competitive rates. Using "MiWay" home buyers can buy a new 2 bed apartment at "Urban Space", with parking for just £63,375 now [ normally £84,000]."

"It is easy to get the impression that it is all bad news in the property market at present. It is worth noting that there were over 59,000 house sales in September and 60,000 in August. Whilst these figures are lower than a year ago, it shows that with prices low and new build incentives high, the smart people see now as a great time to buy."
